On the 1^st of July, ELA celebrated its 25^th anniversary of opening to the public, with the presentation of a video made by Alexandre Cabrita about the history of the project, and live music by Prof. Fernando Carvalho from ICBAS and his «Jazz Toque Trio». Among the guests were the Secretary of State for the Environment and Energy, Dr. Emidio Sousa, the Mayor of Vila Nova de Gaia, Prof. Dr. Eduardo Vítor Rodrigues, the President of the Board of Directors of Águas de Gaia, EM SA, Dr. Miguel Lemos, and the Navy representative, Commander Rogério Valente.
